Terms
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us, in plain language and describing what the product actually does.
Last updated: August 22, 2026
01Agreement
By using the Zork Empire bot or its dashboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service — and remove the bot from your server if you run one.
The service is run by an individual rather than a registered company, referred to here as "the operator of Zork Empire".
02What the service is
A Discord bot and a web dashboard, providing a game economy, moderation tools and per-server settings. It is free to use.
The service is under continuous development. Features are added, changed and removed, and in-game numbers and odds may be adjusted at any time to balance play.
03In-game currency has no monetary value
Coins, items, cars, gang treasuries and everything else a player accumulates are numbers inside a game. They are not money, they are not property, and they cannot be exchanged for money.
The PRO and ELITE tiers are bought with that same in-game currency. There is no real-money payment method anywhere in the product, and we never ask you for money for anything.
- Nothing you accumulate in the game can be cashed out or converted into money.
- There are no real payments, and therefore no refunds.
- Selling or buying balances or items for real money outside the product is forbidden; we do not recognise such a trade and will not compensate for one.
- A server manager can reset their own server's economy, which erases players' progress there. That decision is theirs, not ours.
04Who may use it
You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country — at least thirteen. Your account is yours, and you are responsible for what happens on it.
05What is not allowed
The game rests on everyone playing by the same rules. The following breaks that:
- Exploiting a bug or flaw instead of reporting it — anything that gives you what you have not earned.
- Driving the bot with automation, scripts or self-bots that play on your behalf.
- Using additional accounts to multiply rewards or to funnel balances to your main account.
- Harassing players or staff, or abusing the ticket and report systems.
- Attempting to disrupt the service or to reach data that is not yours.
06If you run a server
If you add the bot to your server, you decide what runs there: which games are on, the admin roles, the welcome messages, the tax, and the log channels. Those are your settings.
You are responsible for how the moderation tools are used in your server, and for your server meeting Discord's terms. We do not run your server and do not intervene in your staff's decisions.
07Availability
The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted operation: the bot may stop for maintenance, because of a fault, or because of Discord itself.
We take regular backups, but we do not guarantee against data loss. Your game progress is not something to rely on for keeping anything that matters to you.
08Suspension
Your account may be suspended from the service if you break these terms, temporarily or permanently, with the reason recorded.
A temporary suspension ends by itself when its time is up. If you believe a suspension was a mistake, contact us — you will find how at the end of this page.
09Limits of liability
The service is free and provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from using it, from it being unavailable, or from the loss of in-game data.
We are not liable for what server managers or their staff do inside their own servers.
10Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page tells you when they last did, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
How to reach a person
For any question about this page, to ask for a copy of your data or its deletion, or to dispute a suspension — write to the address below. You can also open a support request inside the dashboard once you are signed in.
